Explore what once was part of Allegheny City as we "walk in the steps of giants" and discover the influence of Carnegie, DL Clark and others. This tour developed by tour guide, Richard, will meet at the historic Priory Hotel on Pressley Street and begin with a visit to the former 19th century Abbey. Enjoy a German pretzel at this stop before continuing through the streets of pre-Civil War architecture. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a giant cookie and tasty cupcake after you sneak a peek at the antique photo collection in the largest photography museum in the country.

Continue the German tradition with a potato pancake, then catch up to current day as we end this tour at the local farmer's market where you will finish off your palate with local Middle-Eastern fare. Your satisfied stomach will be grateful for this 1 mile stroll back in time!
